School Uniform

School Uniform

We believe that a school uniform encourages a sense of belonging and unique identity for our school children. We also like our pupils to dress smartly to show they have pride in their appearance.

Staff at Hose Primary School strive to promote neat presentation in all areas, whether it’s the way we dress, present the children’s work or look after our school buildings.

We discourage ear rings. If they are worn they must only be a small stud type. No other jewellery is permitted in school unless worn for religious reasons. Please note, children will be responsible for their own jewellery at all times. They will need to remove all jewellery before any physical activities and swimming.

Long hair needs to be tied up. Please can short hair be cut into a sensible style appropriate to school aged children.
